About the Role

AMAL HASSAN CO. LTD is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills who can contribute significantly to achieving organizational sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide professional product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast future opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is an advantage.
