Senior Fulfillment Officer

Position Summary:

The Senior Fulfillment Officer supports operational performance by overseeing fulfillment KPIs and ensuring high standards in service delivery. The role demands a data-driven approach to track, report, and improve rider and delivery performance.

Responsibilities:

●       Monitor key fulfillment metrics: rider availability, bike utilization, delivery success.

●       Generate regular reports on performance and suggest improvements.

●       Leverage operational data to enhance delivery speed and reliability.

●       Resolve escalated rider and fulfillment issues promptly.

●       Track rider performance and deliver feedback for continuous improvement.

●       Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce fleet downtime.

Requirements:

●       Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field.

●       2+ years experience in delivery or logistics fulfillment.

●       Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

●       Problem-solving mindset and operational agility.
