A reputable Telecom Services Company (BPO) located at East Legon is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior IT Executive Officer to join its team.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* Minimum of 3–5 years relevant IT experience (preferably in Telecom or BPO environment)
* Strong knowledge in networking, systems administration, VoIP systems, cybersecurity, and IT support
* Experience managing call center infrastructure and CRM systems is an advantage
* Ability to manage IT infrastructure and provide technical leadership.
