Senior Manager Production

Job Description

As the Senior Manager Production at Martin Dow Limited, you will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and global standards. Your role will involve optimizing processes, leading high-performing teams, and delivering quality pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Lead and manage all production operations across multiple manufacturing lines.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to cGMP, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and applicable global regulatory standards (EMA, MHRA, WHO, PIC/S, etc.).
• Scheduling & Planning: Prepare and execute master production schedules; oversee manpower planning and workforce productivity.
• Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Capacity & Technology Management: Ensure effective utilization of equipment and facilities; support capacity enhancement and technology transfer projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, Supply Chain, and Research & Development (R&D) teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement practices.
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance; provide leadership and development for production teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy)
• Experience: 10–15 years in pharmaceutical production and packaging
