We are seeking a results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations. The role focuses on driving cost efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering timely, high-quality goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and frameworks
* Lead sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
* Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (requisition to delivery)
* Ensure accurate documentation, inventory tracking, and ERP (Dynamics) compliance
* Maintain strong vendor, OEM, and stakeholder relationships
* Drive cost optimization through competitive sourcing and pricing analysis
* Oversee shipment coordination, delivery timelines, and warranty processes
* Generate procurement and vendor performance reports
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, QMS, and regulatory standards
* Lead and mentor procurement team for high performance
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic sourcing initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management
* Proven negotiation and contract management skills
* Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics preferred)
* Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
