We are representing a leading main contractor who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in
Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all cost and commercial aspects of assigned building projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, variations, and claims in line with contractual requirements.
• Oversee procurement processes, subcontractor payments, and contract administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget control.
• Provide commercial advice to project and site teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve best value.
• Support project close-out, including final accounts and dispute resolution where necessary.
