Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Shop Attendant to assist customers, manage sales transactions, and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommend items to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, transfers)
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals
- Support social media content creation (if required)
- Ensure items are properly tagged and displayed
- Assist in receiving and organizing new stock
