Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Shop Attendant to assist customers, maintain the shop’s appearance, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate should be polite, attentive, and able to handle cash and simple records accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products and answering basic questions
- Arrange and restock items on shelves
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Record daily sales and report shortages or damages
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when items are running low
Requirements
- At least JHS/SHS education
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Basic numeracy skills
- Previous shop or sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory
- Must live close to the shop (Spintex)
Working Hours
( Monday–Saturday, 10:00am–6:00pm)
