Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Shop Attendant to assist with the daily operations of the shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, arranging products, handling sales, and maintaining cleanliness within the shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Arrange and restock products on shelves.
- Handle sales transactions and issue receipts where necessary.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in opening and closing the shop daily.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SHS certificate.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Working Days:
Monday to Sunday with one day off each week.

800 - 1,000 GHS
