Job Title: Social Media / Digital Marketer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media / Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that strengthen our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
  • Grow followers and community engagement through organic and paid strategies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
  • Track, analyze, and report ROI on digital marketing activities.

Content & Brand Development:

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Analytics & Strategy:

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve strategy and reach business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities in emerging platforms and digital trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
