Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and tracking performance to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interactions with followers to build strong online communities.
• Monitor analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms professionally and in line with brand standards.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with experience in content creation (graphics, video, photography).
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum [2–3] years of social media management experience.
