Solar Engineer

Job Purpose:
The Solar Engineer is responsible for the overall technical operations of the solar engineering department, including project design, site assessments, installation coordination, and ongoing client support. The position ensures that all solar projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards and company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in solar PV system design and installation.
-Strong knowledge of solar inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and PV panels.
-Proficient in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent).
-Excellent project management and communication skills.
-Clean class 4 driver's license preferred.
