Job Summary:
 We are seeking a creative, confident, and football-passionate Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter to produce engaging digital content across multiple social media platforms. The successful candidate will host street interviews, present football discussions, create short-form videos, and drive audience engagement through compelling storytelling and trend-driven content. This role requires a strong on-camera personality, excellent writing and research skills, basic mobile video production and editing abilities, and a solid understanding of social media growth strategies.

 Key Responsibilities
* Host and present street interviews, match reactions, and football discussions
* Create and appear in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
* Plan, shoot, and post content consistently across all platforms
* Write captions, hooks, and content ideas that drive engagement
* Monitor trends and adapt content quickly
* Manage comments, replies, and audience interaction
* Track performance and suggest growth strategies

Required Qualities & Skills
* Strong on-camera presence (confident, energetic, relatable)
* Deep knowledge of football (local + international)
* Creative thinker with a good sense of humor and timing
* ⁠A very good writer and researcher
* Skilled in smartphone video shooting and basic editing
* Understanding of how social media algorithms work
* Good communication and interpersonal skills (for street interviews)
* Comfortable working outdoors and engaging strangers
* A decent personal social media presence/profile is a plus
