STORES & LOGISTICS MANAGER

Job Description:

The Stores & Logistics Manager oversees all inventory, storage, and supply chain operations. This role ensures materials, ingredients, and equipment are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Store Management

Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of all stock items.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.

Conduct weekly/monthly stock counts and reduce stock variances.

Ensure proper labeling, organization, and cleanliness of the storeroom.

Implement FIFO and safe storage practices.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Track incoming and outgoing materials and resolve delivery issues.

Plan and monitor logistics operations across departments (kitchen, bar, housekeeping, admin).
