Taxi Fleet Development Manager

Role Description

Creates and implements strategies to draw drivers to the park's working conditions.
Arranges drivers' work according to a shift schedule.
Arranges lodging for drivers who have travelled from other Ghanaian cities to Accra for business, and he signs rental agreements with the hostel if needed.
Guarantees that drivers who have finished their shift deliver the vehicle to another driver on time and adhere to the shift schedule.
Arranges for routine technical and external car inspections.
Identifies the person responsible for the malfunction. guarantees that the offender will pay for the restoration repairs.
Carries out driver education programs and guarantees that drivers have a responsible attitude towards the fleet vehicles and their coworkers.
Provides a search for a place for car maintenance and repair
Look for applicants for repair service and dispatcher positions.
Oversees the work of mechanics and dispatchers.
Verifies that the unit's workers adhere to the work schedule and labour discipline.
Verifies that every car in the fleet is operational, serviceable, and has drivers on hand.
Examines the performance of the fleet's drivers and implements the disciplinary actions specified in the driver's contract.

Qualifications

Valid driver license
proficiency in Excel/Google Sheet
Russian language as advantage
Experience in Training and developing driver training programs
Skills in Sales and implementing effective sales strategies
Knowledge in Automotive management and maintenance
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the transportation or automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field
