🔧 We’re Hiring – Technical Engineer (GBH International Facilities Management) 🔧
GBH International Facilities Management is looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to join our Engineering Department in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, performing accurate technical evaluations, preparing estimations, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for our projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate technical requirements and existing conditions
• Prepare accurate estimations, BOQs, and costing for engineering and FM projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications
• Support proposal preparation with detailed cost breakdowns
• Work closely with the operations and procurement team to ensure competitive pricing
• Provide technical advice and solutions to support project execution
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in HVAC / MEP / Fitout industry within UAE
• Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and technical evaluation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), AutoCAD, and estimation software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
