TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Job Overview

The Technical Engineer will support the successful delivery of high-rise building projects across the UAE. The role involves technical coordination, review of drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with project and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•  Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents 
•  Prepare and manage technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals 
•  Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors 
•  Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE construction standards 
•  Support project execution through technical guidance and problem-solving 
•  Assist in resolving site-related technical issues 
•  Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design requirements 
•  Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth approval processes 

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 
•  Proven experience as a Technical Engineer in high-rise building projects 
•  Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals 
•  Experience in coordination, method statements, and material approvals 
•  Good problem-solving and communication skills 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment 
•  Experience in UAE construction projects is an advantage
