TECHNICIAN TRAINEES

 Job Summary
A leading Bottled Mineral Water company and its group of companies are seeking motivated and technically inclined individuals to join our operations team as Technician Trainees.
Successful candidates will undergo structured hands-on training and will be deployed across our production plants and affiliated companies based on operational needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical and on-the-job training programs
• Support maintenance of production machinery, bottling lines, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment faults and minimizing downtime
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Support installation and commissioning of equipment
• Maintain proper maintenance and operational records
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with production and operations teams

Requirements

• Diploma or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field OR Graduate of a recognized Technical/Vocational training institution
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems
• Strong willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• High level of discipline and safety consciousness

Preferred
Industrial attachment or internship experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with bottling, food processing, or production equipment
Ability to read basic technical drawings or electrical diagrams
