Position Overview:
A reputable company is urgently seeking an experienced and results-driven Telecom Product & Solution Sales Manager to drive sales of fiber optic cable and wireless products across Ghana, Cameroon, and Togo. This is a critical role responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, managing key telecom operator relationships, and expanding market presence in the West and Central African telecommunications sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Have the experiences in the sales of Fiber optic cable products and wireless products in;
Ghana (Huawei, ZTE, ATC, Netis, Telecel experience is preferred)
Cameroon (Huawei, ZTE, IHS, Camtel experience is preferred)
Togo (Huawei, ZTE, YAS, MOOV experience is preferred) and achieving performance targets set by the company; and achieving performance targets set by the company.
2. Responsible for following up and maintaining large and medium-sized projects in the industry.
3. Develop new customers and expand business with existing customers.
4. Responsible for negotiating cooperation, collecting, mining, and analyzing customer intentions for project cooperation.
5. Responsible for the company's sales strategy, responsible for collecting and analyzing market information in the region and forming market research reports.
6.Familiar with major telecom operators' procurement department, and familiar with product registration/on-boarding process.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, computer science, finance, or related fields
2. More than 5 years of sales experience, with over 2 years of sales experience in telecom related industries
3. Having rich sales skills and strong business negotiation abilities
4. Strong independent work ability, good at exploring and guiding customer needs, and strong customer service awareness
5. Strong drive and sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit
6. Skilled in communication and negotiation, with strong execution ability
7. Strong market development ability and extensive industry customer network.
8. Prior experience in roles like procurement, project management, or business development.
