Job Summary:
The Service Solutions Manager will be responsible for designing and developing service solutions, managing technical clarifications, preparing solution documents and quotations, and supporting the account teams throughout the bidding, tendering, and delivery stages of telecom projects.

This role involves coordinating between internal departments and clients to ensure the successful design, presentation, and implementation of service solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to drive commercial and operational success in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design service solutions requested by account departments.
· Prepare solution documents, technical proposals, and quotations.
· Conduct technical assessments and clarify potential solutions.
· Assist in audits and surveys for solution design.
· Develop and implement departmental KPIs to meet bidding timelines.
· Communicate proposed solutions to customers during tenders and bids.
· Support account teams in commercial negotiations.
· Liaise with account teams on new commercial products and solutions.
· Participate in customer exhibitions and summits.
· Prospect for potential telecom solutions and forward leads to accounts.
· Manage presales processes including estimation, ATB, and ATC.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as CEO and SCM on delivery strategies.
· Design delivery templates and coordinate rollout plans with the delivery team.
· Identify and address solution delivery issues and risks.
