Travel Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Travel Consultant and Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will help clients plan and book their travel arrangements and provide excellent customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Help clients choose and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
* Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, and required documents.
* Answer client questions via phone, email, and in-person.
* Assist with changes or cancellations of travel plans.
* Process payments and maintain accurate records.
* Keep client information up to date.
* Coordinate visa acquisition and ticketing process

QUALIFICATIONS
* HND / Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in travel consulting.
* Good knowledge of travel booking systems (Amadeus,Galileo).
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
