Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend suitable travel options (flights, accommodations, activities).
• Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers).
• Provide travel documentation and information (visas, travel insurance).
• Resolve client queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and destination knowledge.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Language proficiency (additional languages).
• Experience with online booking platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in travel consulting or related fields.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of global destinations and travel regulations.
• Must have experience in the Amadeus system
