Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tricycle Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and distributing the company’s fast-moving consumer goods within assigned territories using a tricycle. This role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, collecting payments, and ensuring timely delivery of products to retailers and distributors. The candidate must be familiar with the local market, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  Drive a tricycle to assigned sales routes and deliver FMCG products to retailers and customers.

  Execute daily sales and distribution plans to achieve targets.

  Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base.

 Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and deliveries.

  Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

  Ensure proper handling and security of goods during transport.

  Report market intelligence and competitor activities to the supervisor.

Education/ Preferred Qualification:

  Minimum of SSCE/WASSCE certificate.

  Proven experience in sales or FMCG distribution is an advantage.

  Valid rider’s license and ability to operate a tricycle.

  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  Ability to work under minimal supervision.
