System Review & Validation: Analyze and assess Workday HCM configurations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with HR policies.
Workday Configuration: Optimize business processes, workflows, security roles, and setup within Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify system inefficiencies, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Calculated Fields) to provide HR insights.
User Support & Training: Assist HR and business users with Workday inquiries, provide system training, and document best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations and enhancements.
System Upgrades & Testing: Participate in Workday releases, conduct testing, and assess the impact of updates on system configurations
Who you are…
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience as a Workday HCM analyst, administrator, or consultant with hands-on configuration experience.
Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Reporting, and Data Management.
Workday HCM Certification preferred.
Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, PECI) is a plus.
Familiarity with Workday Prism, Adaptive Planning, or Extend
Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
