FARM MANAGER

Role summary: 

To manage large‑scale crop and machinery operations across 5,000 acres, focusing on coconut, cocoa, maize, and soya cultivation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Plan and oversee large‑scale cultivation of coconut, cocoa, maize, and soya across 5,000 acres.
    - Manage farm machinery maintenance and operations.
    - Supervise agronomic practices, soil management, and crop yield optimization.
    - Coordinate with agronomists and procurement teams for inputs and logistics.
    - Ensure compliance with agricultural safety and environmental regulations.

 REQUIREMENTS
  - HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  - Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in agriculture, production or farm operations.
  - Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
