Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis, interpret data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and recommend optimal financial solutions.
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to guide business planning.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Strategic Planning:
- Assist in developing long-term financial plans and growth strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain internal controls and safeguard company assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and HR.
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive, preferably in the banking, capital markets, or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
