Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize incoming requests
  • Track tasks and project progress using project management tools like Motion
  • Assist in building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HR processes
  • Support monthly invoicing and expense management
  • Help implement and manage AI tools for improved efficiency
  • Organize and maintain client information and project files
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for the consulting team

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management tools, preferably experience with Motion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR processes and terminology
  • Adaptability to work with various software systems and client processes
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Scope

  • Collaborate with a team of four HR consultants to support multiple client accounts
  • Manage administrative tasks for 5-6 hours per day, with potential for flexible scheduling
  • Assist in streamlining business operations and improving overall efficiency
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new business processes and tools
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break Mountain time
