We are seeking a organized and detail‑oriented Human Resource Assistant to support our Human Resource Team.
The successful candidate will assist with HR administrative tasks, support recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day‑to‑day HR administrative functions
- Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records
- Support employee relations and general HR inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration when required
- Perform other HR‑related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
