Neelkanth Lime, a leading organization with a work force of 1000 employees, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all HR functions including recruitment,emoloyee relations,performance management and compliance.
2.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
3.Manage staff welfare and development programs
4. Ensure adherence to labour laws
5.provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
Minimum Requirements:
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
3. Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
4. Must be a member of ZIHRM
5.Strong leadership,Communication and interpersonal skills.
6.proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision
7.self starter with high levels of initiative and integrity
