Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives across all company projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, PR, and events)
Support the development and execution of lead generation strategies
Track and report on leads generated, conversion trends, campaign effectiveness
Supervise website updates, social media platforms and manage content calendar
Support SEO/SEM initiatives and digital advertising campaigns
Work closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4–6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in luxury real estate development
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, data analysis and reporting
