Role Overview:
This role combines social media management with broader marketing responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for building our online presence, executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and communicating our value to a technical and non-technical audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos)
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services (Includes F2F marketing)
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments/messages professionally
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business goals
- Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, providing actionable insights
- Support email marketing, website content updates, and SEO initiatives
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software
- Understanding of marketing principles (branding, lead generation, conversion)
- Basic knowledge of IT/tech industry is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially in IT or SaaS
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (PPC, social ads)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tool
