We’re scaling our fleet. Step into the driver’s seat as Operations Manager at Auntie Nkran Partners Limited (ANP).
Are you an elite logistics leader who treats a commercial fleet with the discipline of an owner?
ANP is expanding our dry cargo and petroleum haulage operations. With a fleet of 100 articulated trucks and a growing 30-unit tanker division, we need an Operations Manager at our Tema Head Office who knows how to drive P&L performance, optimize port turnaround, and crush fuel pilferage.
What You Will Do:
Command the Fleet: Direct daily dispatch, route planning, and turnaround for 130+ heavy commercial vehicles across key corridors and Tema port terminals (MPS, GJT, T2).
Master Fuel Control: Take personal ownership of our largest cost center. You will analyze telemetry data, track spikes in fuel consumption graphs, and enforce rigorous Standard Operating Procedures to eliminate pilferage and optimize fuel burn.
Asset & Contract Stewardship: Drive a strict preventive maintenance regime, maximize asset uptime, and ensure 100% SLA compliance for top-tier clients like BOST.
Lead & Mentor: Coach the Transport Manager and field operations team, building a high-accountability culture from the boardroom to the driver’s seat.
Drive Growth: Work directly with the executive team to identify new product lines, negotiate vendor contracts, and scale our regional footprint.
What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years in commercial transport/haulage, with at least 5 years successfully managing a 50+ unit heavy fleet.
A proven track record of P&L ownership, budget defense, and measurable operational cost reductions.
Ironclad discipline in fuel control, anti-pilferage investigations, and utilizing fleet telematics/GPS systems.
Deep operational expertise in Tema port clearance and regulatory compliance (NPA, BOST, DVLA).
A proactive, commercial mindset—you spot risks before they happen and business opportunities before the competition does.
If you have the operational grit and commercial sharpness to lead an industry-defining haulage business, it’s time to talk.
