Job Responsibilities:
● Source, negotiate, and procure raw material (CPKO, PKN, PKC) and spare parts for the plant operation
● Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials
● Prepare purchase orders and track procurement activities
● Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
● Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
● Work closely with stores, production, and finance teams
● Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
● HND/BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
● Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
● Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
● Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
● High level of integrity and attention to detail
