Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff
- Receive, store, and dispatch goods accurately
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods
- Prepare warehouse reports and stock movement records
- Enforce health, safety, and security procedures in the warehouse
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
- Prevent stock losses, damages, and discrepancies
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Good knowledge of stock control and inventory systems
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to provide verifiable guarantors
- High level of honesty and responsibility

1,800 - 2,200 GHS
