Create, maintain and manage the delivery of our product roadmap for both our ATS, HRIS and Member Network based on competitor analysis, customer needs and business value
Create and maintain product feature designs in figma aligned to our digital style guide
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of products
Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product decisions
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
Develop pricing strategies and models that maximize profitability while providing value to customers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive in the market
Collaborate and communicate with the engineering team to ensure delivery of our product roadmap
Ideal experience
Entrepreneurial mindset ideally you've worked in a startup before and you think of your job with an ownership mindset
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product management or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong digital design (in figma) and prototyping skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
Understanding of product design and development processes
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and constraints
Experience in technology recruiting, HR or payments industry would be ideal
