Role Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting with capital raising from relevant industry sectors and geographic markets depending upon the market of interest.
- Identifying acquisition targets from fintech, medtech, AI and B2B SaaS market players.
- Tap into resources or past contacts to assist with financing and alternative methods of capital support based on specific industries.
- Introduce the firm to other VC firms, recommend syndication options to build momentum for capital raising.
Due Diligence
- The firm reviews one company per month for potential investment.
- Two pitch calls are scheduled monthly, with Venture Partners having the option to invest via an SPV.
- Interested parties follow the company to the finance committee where partnerships and early exit plans are developed.
