About the Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager – Infrastructure to join our team in growth initiatives and expand our market presence. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and a consultative approach to selling complex technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft compelling infrastructure proposals.
• Lead client engagements from initial contact through deal closure, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business cases to clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including qualification, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Provide feedback to product and delivery teams to enhance service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the tech or infrastructure space.
Business & Technical Acumen
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and digital transformation trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
