Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with operations team on costings and quotes
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills - Experience with freight forwarding software and systems
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms
