Role Overview
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our expanding operations. The Finance Officer will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing project-related costs, supporting development budgets, and ensuring compliance across all financial processes. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain financial records
- Process invoices, contractor payments, and property-related expenses
- Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and cash flow
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly reports
- Support forecasting, financial statements, and investment reporting
- Ensure compliance and liaise with project teams and suppliers
Requirements
- 3-5 years finance experience
- Experience in real estate/property/construction finance
- Strong bookkeeping and analytical skills
- Confident with accounting software and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- AAT/ACCA/CIMA beneficial but not essential
