We are hiring an experienced Senior Associate (Finance) to lead accounting engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance
• Manage treasury, budgeting, and cash flow
• Lead accounting/audit engagements end-to-end
• Review financial statements and ensure quality delivery
• Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Supervise team members and drive performance
• Oversee billing, collections, and receivables
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA)
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
• Prior experience in a Professional Services or Consulting Firm is mandatory
• Strong financial reporting, audit, and leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
