Your Responsibilities

  • Problem Scoping with Functions: Partner with teams to understand their business challenges, operational bottlenecks, and productivity gaps.
  • Solution Design: Translate needs into AI-based solutions using a mix of general-purpose and function-specific tools.
  • Tool Evaluation & Integration: Research, evaluate, and recommend the best tools, platforms, or APIs to solve identified problems.
  • Workflow Automation: Build or orchestrate AI-driven automations to reduce manual tasks and increase throughput.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Support and train teams in adopting new tools and workflows to ensure smooth rollout and strong adoption.
  • Documentation: Create clear, user-friendly documentation for implemented tools and processes to support ongoing usage and scalability.
  • Impact Tracking: Define metrics, track ROI (e.g., time saved, error reduction), and continuously iterate based on feedback.
  • Strategic Foresight: Stay up to date with emerging capabilities — from fine-tuning models to orchestrating multi-agent workflows — and help guide long-term AI strategy.


Professional Experience

  • 4–8 years in a role blending business and technology — product management, innovation, process automation, AI ops, or similar.
  • A proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing tech-enabled solutions with clear business impact.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and platforms to solve real problems within an organization — from general-purpose agents to domain-specific solutions.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, or Slack Workflows) and how to integrate them into business processes.

Soft Skills

  • Strong business acumen — able to frame ambiguous problems and find practical, scalable solutions.
  • Ownership mindset — comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives from scoping to delivery.
  • Clear communicator — able to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
  • Empathetic collaborator — able to build trust and influence across functions, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
