What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to create Android & iOS apps that our users love and trust.
- Build features using Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture within a Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) codebase.
- Ensure code quality, stability, and security in a fast-paced release cycle.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
- Strong Kotlin skills with modern Android practices.
- Production experience with Jetpack Compose — this is a must.
- Some experience with testing - mandatory - the more the better.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) — big plus.
- Passion for creating delightful UI/UX in collaboration with design and product teams.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing apps — ideally B2C, ideally in growth environments.
- Bonus points for:
- Exposure to fintech or mobile financial services.
- Experience integrating with backend APIs and working with low-connectivity environments.
