Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Coordination
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define priorities and execute development backlogs effectively.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior developers.
Ensure smooth collaboration between frontend and backend teams.

System Architecture & Development
Design and implement a scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.
Choose and integrate the appropriate technology stack across all platform layers.
Develop microservices and modular system designs for improved performance and maintainability.
3.
Code Quality & Performance Optimization
Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Optimize workflows for efficiency and security.
4.
Security & Compliance
Implement robust security protocols to protect user data and maintain regulatory compliance.
Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities.
5.
Collaboration with Development Teams
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integrations.
Maintain clear documentation, including system architecture diagrams and development guidelines.
Troubleshoot implementation challenges through effective team communication.
6.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Oversee database scalability, backups, and system reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development, with proven experience as a Team Lead, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Proven expertise in designing scalable, high-performance applications.
Agile methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development cycles and best practices.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
