We’re looking for 3D modeling specialists who live and breathe polygonal modeling, sculpting, UV mapping, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering.
You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like topology optimization, shader creation, PBR workflows, procedural generation, real-time asset creation, CAD integration, and 3D pipeline automation—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. You'll also work with tasks involving .obj files, where you'll fine-tune imported 3D designs to enhance mesh quality, detail, and visual fidelity for better rendered results.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model on production scenarios and theoretical design questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A bachelor's or master's in 3D art, animation, game design, computer graphics, or a closely related field is ideal; experience in film, gaming, AR/VR, or interactive environments, as well as a professional portfolio of 3D work, signal fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
