Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate automation and implement corporate-standard testing to optimize processes.
  • Develop and maintain sanitization and testing strategies for inbound and outbound product flows.
  • Manage the introduction and lifecycle of assigned product sets, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Resolve customer issues and implement strategies to mitigate short- and long-term impacts.
  • Analyse data to evaluate performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure process documentation remains compliant with required accreditations.
  • Represent engineering in cross-functional reviews, driving technical insights and innovation.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Typically, 4 years + experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and Perl programming, with experience developing scripts for automation and testing in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge in networking technologies, including VLAN configuration, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and network troubleshooting tools, with familiarity with HPE Aruba networking solutions and associated hardware/software (or 3rd party equivalent technologies)
  • Knowledge of industry-standard data sanitization techniques and applicable standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in understanding material properties, hardware design, and electrical component manufacturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with mastery in English and the ability to craft clear technical documentation and reports.
  • Proven ability to communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results effectively to stakeholders, and negotiate options at various management levels.
