We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a stable career track record to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
âś… Nationality: Indian
âś… Gender: Male
✅ Age: 30 – 40 years
âś… Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
✅ Experience: 5–7 years (UAE experience is a plus)
âś… Team Management: Experience leading a team of 4+ members
âś… Industry Exposure: Must have worked in companies with a minimum turnover of AED 50 million
âś… Career Stability: Candidates with consistent employment history will be prioritized
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities:
Financial statement preparation & finalization
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Compliance with UAE VAT and statutory regulations
MIS reporting and variance analysis
Team leadership and performance management
Internal & external audit coordination
General ledger, AP/AR oversight
💰 Salary Range: AED 15,000 – 20,000 (Max) per month
