Salary Range: GHS 3,500 – 4,000 (gross) + commission
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a go-getter who knows how to sell value, not just products. You’ll lead our B2B sales drive, building partnerships with restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors. You’ll push volume, manage deliveries, and build lasting relationships across the protein-loving food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and grow B2B customer base
● Design and implement strategic sales plans
● Meet weekly and monthly revenue targets
● Oversee client onboarding and relationship management
● Coordinate bulk deliveries and track fulfillment
● Provide regular sales performance reports
● Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by management in line with the operational needs of the business
Requirements:
● 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably FMCG or food distribution
● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
● Knowledge of the seafood or protein market is a plus
● Excellent communication, data tracking, and team coordination
KPIs:
● Monthly B2B sales revenue
● Client retention rate
● Order fulfilment turnaround time
