Salary: GHS5000-8000
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales agents to meet individual and team sales targets
- Conduct training and provide guidance to new and existing team members
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management review
- Identify new market opportunities and support lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance sales or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
