Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance sales agents.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
