Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the sale of land, houses, and other real estate products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
  • Supervise property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of property sales, client management, and real estate regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
